Her showroom is impressive, and I was already intimidated by the idea of meetin her ... Fortunately, Anne Valérie Hash is so kind and simple it is hard to believe it. An expert, she know exactly what she wants and goes straight to the point. She finds my outfits in a glance and is very enthusiastic about this column. Cheerful and attentive, I am not surprised when she tells me that she finds inspiration in everything : an exhibition, a book, a figure in the street or music.
Her muses ? Mysterious women, both strong and fragile, like Julianne Moore, Agathe Bonitzer, Natalie Portman or Charlotte Rampling.
When she is creating a piece of clothing, she doesn't picture one particular woman but more a moment. As she correctly says, women are not the same depending on the time when they get ready.
To dress me, she first chooses a very long draped dress and explains that with my figure, the dress will be divine. I indeed like the idea of a style in between a Greek goddess and a diva a lot.
Let's play with see-through and sheer fabrics, she suggests while handing me the second look : a pleated and light top. She thinks that I have a romantic style that nicely suits this dark princess look.
These two outfits both are strong pieces of the winter 2010 collection. They summarized the classic items of the brand : the asymmetrical dress and the top-trousers. They are quite simple mais can fix the light.
Thanks for this nice moment, Anne Valérie Hash
