If the current trend is more on the chic side, a few treacherous ideas recently came back in shops and closets : laddered tights, corset, leather, shorts, leopard prints, ...
It is possible to wear, and even combine, these styles without falling into pure vulgarity?
Of course it is, but with each one's limits depending on own looks and shapes. It could be hard to wear ultra sexy provocation without being "too much" with an androgynous body, for example.
I searched for looks with an interesting balance in street style pictures ...
In theory, this girl would have been very borderline : clivage + visible bra + satin shorts + laced heeled sandals, but the result is great :
Why ? I can notice three essential points : she is wearing a man's blazer extremely simple and longer than her shorts, which softens it. Her make-up is nude and natural, and her bag worthy of a backpacker - brings the outfit to another dimension and breaks the weel-dressed touches.
Another example : leather laced corset + short dress + black sunglasses, once again, red alert! But ...
What saved the day : the sneakers and their cool attitude as well as the fluidité and the dress colour.
And here again : Mini frayed jean skirt + leopard prints + leather belt + stilleto boots + bright red lipstick ... ouch! But in spite of everything, the whole figure is very chic :
Of course, the shape and size and the jacket make everything looks better, as well as the round-shaped glasses which almost bring a touch of humour to the outfit, and it works.
Last example, a bit more subversive : shorts + low-cut top + short leather jacket + laddered tights + heels
Here, the outfit is ok but won't be everywhere. Something is missing to lower vulgarity down. Maybe a large scarf ... What would you have seen?
